Version 2.0 fixes a potential security vulnerability. If you are using MyQuiz you should upgrade. All you have to do is replace the old myquiz.pl file with the new one.

MyQuiz is a perl script that displays multiple choice quizzes and grades your users answers when they click on the submit button. You can specify topics, sub-topics, levels of difficulty and more. It can ask specific questions or random questions.

MyQuiz is based on quizz from First Step Communications Pty Ltd. Both the original quizz and the modified MyQuiz are included in the archive. Also included are instructions to manage the MyQuiz database with Coranto. The original quizz is no longer available at First Step's web site.

MyQuiz features:

Fixed or random questions
You can choose a fixed set of questions or generate a random set of questions.
Filtering
You can group questions together, and ask questions from a selected group. This grouping is very flexible, and you can use it for many things - topics, level of difficulty, and so on.
Embedded in HTML
You can embed the quiz in the middle of other HTML pages.
Explanations of answers
For each question, you can include optional explanation text which is displayed at the end of the quiz (use this to provide additional information about the correct answer).
Flexible format
The questions, the possible answers and the explanations can contain any HTML markup, not just text. You can use links, pictures, tables, and whatever other form of HTML you want.
Easy to change
After installing Quizz, you never need to touch the script again. Everything is controlled from a questions database and your HTML pages.
When the quiz is graded the correct answer is shown and the user's answer is displayed if it was incorrect.
